    see david cameron returned from africa early to meet the murdorchs
    but notice last week africa was the top news due to drought etc
    so is this the set up he has to go and work out the problem before giving out aid ?
    what i was thinking for the roundhill tunnels if we sent transport minister ( dont know his name , is it hammond --- richard ? , not many charaters in the cabinet at moment ! )
    to japan to see how they rebuilt there roads after 3-4 weeks after the earthquake , he could also add a hoilday on and come back a week before it is repaired
    is this how they work ?
