  Can't find the thread it'll take me ages.
  
  I tried it today with Virgin media. " could I talk to a uk call centre please " NO " Can I talk to your supervisor please " NO
  
  Silence, he hung up.
  
  It don't work.

  I very seldom use the phone if I have a query or problem, I nearly always use email that way they have to reply.
  
  I was having a problem connecting to Virgin Mail so emailed them and got a phone call back in a couple of hours and all was sorted.

  I try to be neutral and polite but it is hard and getting even more difficult at times.
