  Yep . if you look at the pdf picture on the link the cover says it all. they are planning to build out from the shore an arm just like dover harbour but bigger. And of course Dover harbour is also used for leisure purposes which wont be the case in Calais. Its quite impressive. I am not suggesting that we should compete on size anyway but our development must go ahead despite the regrettable loss of leisure space in the harbour. I regret that but you cant have both.
