Many thanks for putting this on the forum.

Last Thursday I was on a Ward walkabout with Nigel and Stewart and this was noticed.

Nigel made contact to DDC to remove.

Having just returned home at about 8.30 this evening I went to the site and surprised that the items are still in situ.

I have therefore contacted the Director of Environmental and Corporate Assets as this is "Fly-tipping" and I hope DDC take any appropriate legal action but more importantly remove the items.

Certainly there are "rumours" that The British Heart Foundation regularly dump their unwanted items at the rear of Dolphin Court. If this is the case I am sure their National HQ would not wish to see this worthwhile organisation brought into disrepute by the actions of some irresponsible individuals.

I hope my contact this evening with the DDC Director results in the items being removed.
