If I have read Paul's messages correctly then nothing has been decided as yet. I hope this doesn't happen, but if it does it won't (as Phil says) be decided by the public.
Once again Keith you've posted a comment that has no realistic bearing on the subject being discussed.
Paul (Scotchie), as you say it would be heartbreaking to see our beautiful coastline ruined by pylons and all they entail. Dover is famous for her White Cliffs, to spoil them would be tantamount to sacrilidge in my view.
