    Paul, one comment in your last posting here that concerns me, 'a major bus terminus improvement'. Having run down Buckland Hospital, landed us with a supermarket development and run after DHB for approval at every turn, are we now going to see development on Pencester Gardens or are they planning to rebuild the new bus depot already?
