Butterfly

the information boards up the heights have it down as a "marbled white" but i can't see any white on it.
- 16 August 2012 15:26187427It's either a gatekeeper, ringlet or meadow brown, all very similar and hard to say from the pics and with my limited knowledge.
This is a marbled white, maybe you were reading the wrong label

his advice is to look at any ivy about now to see some great insects.
