    back to the regeneration pot for hard up businesses, your dover today quotes a leading councillor as saying that businesses are having a lot of trouble accessing any free money.

    the council say that 8 grand has been taken up so far, the pot is 400 grand.

    how long before this money will disappear from it's original target and get used elsewhere?


    we have seen it with the priory play area, possibly now the hospital.
