Not sure if I have the name correct but whilst driving along the seafront this morning I saw a yellow AA Sign giving directions to this I think it is being held at one of the cruise terminals. Can anyone give any more information?
Just surprised there hasn't been any more advertising about this.

It's today, only seen it on Kent on Sunday mailing lists
Been nice knowing you :)

What an opportunity missed by the organisers. If I'd known I would have probably gone along I'm sure I would have been the only one either. Makes me wonder where the claimed 1000 visitors are coming from!

YesI did have a ticket but I also had a dinner booked with my old Reg/Buffs so missed it ,I was hoping it was going to be on more than one day, but it is only for today.

Bad advertising I think from KOS - I rarely read Your Dover as there is rarely any local news in it !!

I got it by Email only last night,so it was to late already booked up.
An utter waste of time...talk about a ghost town down there ! went to the pub instead! much better networking experience... I'd say there wasn't any more than 30 stands if that...

Spent longer talking to Roger outside than walking around inside. I can't find anything to say with enthusiasm about visiting the "show". Nice to see the spring tide blowing sea spray over the wall and Dover looked nice from down at the cruise terminal.

i cannot see the point of the event, hardly any advertising and vic gets his invite the night before.
the link from paul suggested that it was the place to be, clearly it wasn't.
As I always say, it is in the planning and in the detail............

Howard, nor could I once there. I went round the whole exhibition without speaking to a single exhibitor. It was, I'm afraid, a poor show.
Perhaps I missed the point of it or perhaps it livened up later but if this was put on following feedback from last year's event and is judged to be a success then I'm glad I wasn't at last year's.
There's no way I'd believe there to be 150 exhibitors or 1,000 attendees. It seemed more like a get-together of old friends and colleagues. To quote the organisers' "If you only attend one event this year make sure you choose wisely" I'm glad I don't and wish I hadn't.
The Travel & Leisure Show back in March was far, far better - even forgetting Dover Chamber's CEO wasting my time for 3 months following. Perhaps Archant ought to think about joining the two events.
