Despite Travelodge opening here two other budget hotels are expanding, add that to the Cinema and new shops in the DTIZ Dover seems to be the place to invest nowadays.

As far as I am aware the population is not increasing locally Bob.

The powers that be are hoping it will Howard with the thousands of new homes in the pipeline, I wouldn't mind betting Travelodge will have something to say about premier inn getting planning permission.

That's spread over the next 30 years Reg. The hotels seem confident that many more people will visit Dover in the future and stay over.
