Bern - a bit of free advice from someone who runs his own business.
1. Be prepared to work harder than you ever knew possible.
2. Be prepared to work long, long hours. Kiss your weekends goodbye.
3. Be prepared to never sleep.
4. Carry photos of your loved ones, you will see a lot less of them.
5. Be prepared to be constantly bugged by the Inland Revenue.
6. Get ready for a rollercoaster ride of stress, problems, and expensive bulls**t.
Despite all of the above, I can still honestly say it is well worth it and I wouldn't give it up for anything!! Oh, yeah, it helps to be a bit mad too
