    Howard ,many moons ago this fine building was owned by DDC It was purchased and there were talks of a night club there .For some years it was a Nursing Home .
    I think the current owner has been trying for some years to obtain planning permision .Over time the house has been vandlised.
    There will need to be alterations to the access.
