09:3783883I attended the site visit on Tuesday and we all felt that it was very important that the house is saved, but had concerns about exiting from there, especially to the right.
Signs within the site would warn people about the dangers.
Beautiful location though - and what a front garden.

10:4983894i suppose i should know this, but why is such a lovely building standing empty and neglected?
surely the owners could have sold it ages ago.

11:4183899Howard,
The owners did sell it ages ago to a "developer", there was loads of illuminating information with the planning application, might still be there.

11:5183900Howard ,many moons ago this fine building was owned by DDC It was purchased and there were talks of a night club there .For some years it was a Nursing Home .
I think the current owner has been trying for some years to obtain planning permision .Over time the house has been vandlised.
There will need to be alterations to the access.
