It's mildly amusing that we complain quite rightly about the service that Stagecoach offers. It's really not good by any objective measure because it's based upon the need to make profit rather than provide a social service. Yet I don't hear anyone confronting the real elephant in the room - this is a privatised monopoly. We have no choice. A bit like the provision of water. A legacy of a Tory ethos which the Tories will never concede to be at fault. Plenty of them moaning on here though. Am I alone in finding it a tad ironic?
