    That's the same with all of them, Howard. If enough people from River used the bus to town, it wouldn't have to go via St Radigunds to have enough passengers to be viable. Mind you, River never really has been that good a bus territory outside peak hours. In my conducting days 50 years ago, when the 95 ran every 15 minutes, we rarely got into double figures by the time we got to Buckland. Rush hour was a different matter, with large numbers of season ticket holders - where have they all gone?
