    Yes the cafe had a very steep path down to the Warren, the climb down used to frighten me, always felt safer coming up even though it was hard work.

    When we lived in that area the cafe was run by BR/Sealink Captain John Arthur and his wife, they lived just over the road.

    We all used to use the Royal Oak which was run by a local farmer Gil Green and his wife.
