    We have a serious problem, the jails are bursting, so my first option is jail, but if thats not possible then serious community orders, one that make them work enough that they won't do t again.

    I'm afraid im a little right wing on this one, I thnk jail should be a place to be feared by everyone, thats not the case at the moment.

    I even lean towards boot camps type prisons but without the rights to refuse.
