    I take it that RS sees himself as one of the nails in Democracy's coffin. That he has had many opportunities given him to preach to choirs-various is all well and good, but the fact that the cost of attending these myriad forums is carried by the Exchequer married to the fact that it is the Exchequer that he sees as virtually redundant, he is certainly doing his bit.
    Once one accepts that government is as nothing compared to business and that the interests of populations are to be seen only in terms of how they relate to business aims then he is one man to listen to.

    Fortunately the path of history is a living thing and not just some computer generated forecast. Once drought and flood are controlled then his model will have some validity, but not one minute before.
