    Keith - your last comment (oops moved on - #48) shows how a serious debate on health is impossible in this country. I state a personal opinion about what we need to do about health and you make an absurd claim that it is some kind of secret Tory agenda.

    The big problem we have in health is that too many people, like you, worry about structures rather than health outcomes. The NHS is a deeply flawed system and the main problem with these reforms is that they do not go far enough - but that is not an argument not to go ahead.
