  I understand the sentiment of both Peters and DTI s posts but until someone has cared 24 hours a day 7 days a week 365 days a year for another person , who may be in extreme pain , wandering , distressed , agresive , frail , incontinent, in need of complex skilled interventions and only sleeps intermitently for a few minutes each hour , they may not appreciate the full reasoning behind some of those decisions
  To write off all of those who pass the care to others as morally bankrupt is a tadge harsh .
  If both Peter and DTI have both done that given all the circumstances outlined above then I raise my hat to them as I think it is more than I could do .
