    Its not a public private arguement Remember the biggest scandal of this kind took place in a NHS elderly care unit. Run as a foundation Hospital under a Labour government.
    The family where involved and their detailed evidence helped the prosecution. The ladies children where caught up in the post discharge planning chaos that often happens. They complained at the time to the nurses and the home but where fobbed off. They believed things would improve.
