    PS:
    conforming with the information that yesterday evening was on the relevant DDC webpage, I have written a representation not using the pre-prepared representation form. I will also send in this pre-prepared representation form with the same wording attached as in my current representation.

    Copy of my representations to DDC in their various forms will be kept for further official use at any appropriate Government Office should I wish to take the matter further.
