    I don't think it is outside DDC's remit, Howard.
    If there are private companies that have a policy of not employing local people, then this should be addressed by DDC.
    And the core strategy should not overlook these facts either.

    After all, many local residents are being categorically excluded from an opportunity to buy - or even rent - a house, due to what to me appears evident discrimination in favour of foreign nationals, while DDC are planning to build 14,000 new homes in Dover District.

    DDC's assessment on local employment in the core strategy is completely out of date, and has proven to be wrong!
