  Went past the mill today and was surprised to see some ground clearing going on and what appeared to be footings.

  I noticed that too. Hopefully it will go beyond the preparatory work and result in something positive and soon! Redevelopment of this site will be a real boost for the town.

  rather ironic, all those years of looking at the sign outside that said "seeda working for a world class region" the moment they are disbanded some action occurs.

  My house faces Buckland Mill and I go past it to work everyday and yet I hadn't noticed that!!! Thanks Howard

  Yes I drove past there yesterday and was pleasantly surprised. I also noticed that the petrol station was cleared as well!
