Just returned from the official opening of the above.Residents looked very happy .It is something Dover can be proud of .I was in at the beginning so pleased to be able to attend today .It took two bus jouneys but hey ho all in a days work.
Good to see you there today sue yes it certainly is a lovely building, and yes the residents do seem very happy.
As one of the ward councillors I am looking foreward to working with them within the community
Likewise Jan.Im sure you will work to ensure the residents fit in Plenty going on in your neck of the woods.I was surprised how many people recognised me from years ago .The lady who received the plaque taught my son at nursery school twenty seven years ago.I cant have changed much .
I was impressed with Bleriot Court .Good to know how people can overcome difficulties and live independantly.
Im pleased to have been part of the long process of an idea which has become reality .
