    Roger I have said this many times we are not having a new hospital we are having a poly clinic with no A&E or birthing unit just more consultants coming to dover. If you manage to keep birthing unit at dover then why not upgrade buckland hospital as the building is sound and would cost far less than a new build,And may I say that SarahP is spot on with her remarks, points 1 to 4 i totally agree with you but all this time wasting by the NHS they have already decided whats happening for dover its just a PR stunt to waste more trust money
