    words verty nearly fail me with british gas, have a letter from them now demanding that i pay them £.140 despite ny account being in credit for more than that.

    this time i rang them and after endless hanging on and punching in stuff on the keypad i got put through to someone who spoke a language that was new to me.

    so frustrating.
