  Returning to the gist of this thread, I was in the underpass lunchtime and there were a policeman and and a policewoman chatting, two teenage cyclists weaved their way through the throng in front of the law and neither made any attempt to point out the error of the cyclists actions or stop their illegal cycling. They were a complete waste of space and their salaries.
  So all I ask is the police to do the job for which they are paid and a qualifying period to be instigated before either benefits are paid or NHS services can be accessed and I will be a lot happier.
