Should we really have sympathy for those British subjects working in Libya and now wanting to get out fast? They went there of their own accord, they were not forced. They went to earn good money, and in a lot of cases big money and probably tax free in a Country that they knew full well was run by a tyrant. They were certainly not forced to go out there or to work for peanuts the attracting is money.. No problem with them going there, no problem with them wanting to earn a fast tax free buck and certainly no problem with them wanting to come home, but listening to some of them on the news moaning about the flights not getting there quick enough and blaming the Foreign Office gets my back up a bit.
I take it the tax payer will be paying for their great escape back to their homeland or do they have to pay or the Companies they work for, for the flights?
