British over-55s are among the most internet savvy in Europe

  Older Brits are among Europe's savviest online.
  Statistics say 43% of 55 to 74-year-olds frequently use the internet - more than in France or Germany.
  But the UK still lags in 7th place, behind Luxembourg, Scandinavia and Holland.Just goes to show that there is still hope for Howard and Brian.........

  Oh yes we are very savvy internet users Marek, especially here on Doverforum. Of course I havent reached the age quoted as of yet..maybe in 10 or 12 years...
  
  I had to do a double helping of winks there following that rather large pork pie.
  
  I even happily buy stuff over the internet too when the occasion arrises but mostly from mainstream names Im familiar with...feels safer that way.
