  It may not be particularly local Howard, but Judges make these bad judgements all the time and all over England.
  The British Judiciary is a sad joke; there is no justice nowadays.

  i just couldn't believe that they gave bail a second time for a serious offence when he had jumped bail for 8 years previously.

  Sadly our judicial system is about 'The Law' not justice or common sense which is wrong.
