  Looks like Ransomwear is 'Wanna Decryptor' on NHS computers as using old XP system which could not be 'patched' with update as no longer supported by MicroSoft.

  Turned into a party political argument over funding of the NHS with reference to the old Windows XP system used(I thought it was defunct a few years back). Nissan here in the UK and big organisations in over a hundred countries were affected by the attack, I'm sure few if any were still using an old system.

  Obviously an educated bunch! This was either done for a laugh, because they can and find it cool (regardless of the effect), or it was a serious hack intended to create as much mayhem and interference with business and state systems as possible.
  If the former, they need educating; if the latter they need to be locked up for a very long time.

  If you have a recent version of windoze and have not kept it patched - STOP BEING LAZY & PATCH IT NOW
