  I made a point of buying South African produce whenever I could during aparteid.
  
  I hold no brief for aparteid, either the South African kind or the 'multiculturalism kind' we have had brought into the UK by the last Labour Government. But - tribalism is rife in Africa and many of those campaining against appartied were hypocrital when it came to tribalism. Then there is the risk, that still exists, that South Africa could become another Zimbabwe.
