    Phil snap!...if you see the 'gloomy' thread you can see I'm in the same boat this morning, all heat gone, no radiators or anything. Great sound of water gushing around then nothing.

    The Gateway residents often use a firm called AT Blackman. I have seen his van here many times...could be one for you. Seems he is a well known local firm and respectable. Good luck.
