    The NHS is the tops, some might have other ideas, but so what?

    Until we achieve greater equality generally the NHS must remain as is. Any insurance based scheme must be more costly overall than what we have now.
    It has been the drive to privatisation carried out by both set (or all three sets) of wastrels in Parliament that has pumped good money after bad into the NHS, bean-counting and bonus-driven managers and streamlined, wasteful and damned poor regulatory systems.

    All to be fixed, we hear, by going the whole hog...rubbish!
