  Yep, saw that - must have gone up whilst I was writing the post Terry. Supposition won't help, but the traffic being diverted through the town from Jubilee Way's closure was always going to end in tragedy. Coming out of the Hamlets every morning I watch through my fingers - chopping lanes and running red lights being the worst incidents. Why Kent Highways had to schedule this work during schooltime rather than the holidays defies belief. This accident is as much their responsibility...
