i thought it odd when this opened next to the old "dover hotel" slum as they had spent money making it look nice.
looks like they are trying to fit in with their surroundings now.

I know the lady who took this over, but I've never seen it in this state, not since she arrived there
Could it be a Tracey Emin work of art?

I understood she was leasing it, but whatever she does, this is not likely to bring her any custom - guest house wise.

the lure of taxpayers money coming in takes precedence over standards keith, the developer of "ancestors" has already moved people into part of the building whilst the rest is being worked on.
all contrary to what he told us all originally.

complaints are already being made to the landlord, but he does'nt seem to care, the last lot moved in and they open all the roof windows, and play their music. they have a band of some sort, very loud

transpires that the builder andy hayes is also the landlord and is ignoring complaints from residents over excessive noise and cars blocking the right of way.

in case there are people looking in that have been/are being inconvenienced by some of the residents of "ancestors" the landlord(contact details supplied above) will be only too happy to listen to greivances.
