  Without knowing either man, I had more time for the antics and persona of Charles Hawtrey, but could never stand the Wisdom bloke.
  I have read, a moment ago, that CH refused to have his legs amputated, bit I recall he lost one then the other before the end.
  A pretty swanky 'smuggler's cottage' too.
