i heard lord sugar say earlier that this was the longest outage in his entire career in i.t.
i don't know that much about blackberry, but my understanding is that is a vital business tool for many.
particularly sole traders that spend time out of the office.

If your company runs its own Blackberry enterprise server you should be OK. Or get an iPhone
