Happening in two days time with some Dover shops participating, De Bradelei have extended it to cover the weekend too.
Notably Asda are not joining in this year pledging to make reductions spread over the build up to Christmas, no doubt their staff are relieved not to be put under pressure from aggressive bargain hunters.

Morrisons had several items when I was in there this morning, I got a lobster for £4.

According to reports no great rush so far maybe because some shops are running it for the whole weekend, seemed fairly normal in town this morning.

I dont think its such a big deal in small towns like ours,dont really see the point of fighting over tellys etc.Is there really any point if you dont really need it.Theres always good deals to be had at any time of the year if you take the time to look around.It just makes people hit their credit cards and spend money they can often ill afford.
