Been like this for years, not so bad in Winter but Summer results in our feathered friends using the contents of the bags as if they were selecting from an A La Carte menu. Thanet Leisure should be forced to order more bins.

And if we drop litter we have to pay up,so their bins if any rubbish hits the ground they to should get fine.
