Yes I heard a bit about this on the radio. I was trying to photograph an ancient street in Canterbury last week and the colourful bags were even there, a beautiful street spoiled...so it is a blight on the landscape this new policy. Yellow bags for this, green bags for that, purple bags for the other, black bags for something else...all the colours of the rainbow and all highly visible.
Ah now..is Judy Finnegan airbrushed in that shot???
