  I would have thought that the start time is purely a suggestion if you feel longer is needed for the area you have chosen within your patch, then I am sure that you can set your own time. The key time is surely when the event in Pencester starts as that is when your volunteers can go get their free burger...
  
  I am no more party to the organisation ofthis than you are other than I did get emailed by Ms Hubbard; though her original letter has never materialised - suspect it went to our chair...
  
  Having said that I am organising people in my patch to litter pick the Cherry Tree Scrap Yard - which is not something the council contract cleaners can do as it is private land. I suspect having had a quick recce that 90 minutes will be sufficient if we can get 5 or 6 people, if we have enough volunteers there are other patches we can have a go at too. This time round we will not be cutting back the vegetation at Cherry Tree but it is something we will be talking to the land owner about for next year.
