    Still back to the subject in hand. Howard's quite correct in pointing out how many more agents of the state would have to be employed to monitor all this traffic.
    I've started to think that the world is one giant sound stage for a remake of the film Invasion of the bodysnatchers. With Nick Clegg giving his blessing to the idea there is something seriously wrong.

    Do the security services have something on the man for him to give in so quickly, so wholeheartedly?
    As for Milliband he's done nothing to give anyone hope of any real opposition to the proposal with his miserable weasel words earlier today.
    It's as if these muppets have seen the film The lives of others and consider it a training manual rather than a warning of the dangers of a more powerful state.
