  Indeed Paul - only one slight snag with this impossible invention, actually two.
  Actually lots more but let's concentrate on the two.
  Where on earth are we going to dump this dangerous carbon dioxide? You know the stuff you exhale and trees absolutely love. In lead lined tanks three miles down?
  Also it would require at least half the energy again in order to put this pipe dream idea in place - at least half the energy if not more.
  Sorry but this is getting really desperate now when the government are putting up this prize instead of reading up on the science and admitting they got it wrong. Anyway back to the surveillance state:
  It seems that for some strange reason the government are in a rush to push this through as soon as possible. What are the reasons?
  There is something really strange and probably malevolent going on.
  Any ideas anyone?
  £2 billion for the answer (providing you can produce a unicorn's head as well)
