  it does seem a bit quiet on here lately.
  there seems to be a few reasons, summer is one, people who join and do not contribute another, people who find the forum interesting to read, bit not enough to join in, people who join in order to promote one thing.
  
  i doubt whether the "quality" of the political threads has much effect.
  
  
  we all have subjects that interest more than others.
  
  i would be astounded if the forum folded, we just need to make a bit more effort, post just a bit more while things are
  quiet.
