  This staunch body of individuals are prowling the seafront as we speak...in their midst is DDC's pivotal member Nadeem Aziz. They have clipboards and files and gawd help us what latest rule regulation or adjustment are they about to inflict on the unwary.

  Is that a surveyors measuring tape I see before me?
  
  Perhaps, through triangulation, they are attempting to gauge how far Europe is off-shore?

  We now know why there was all the rush to build 'wind-farms'.

  Olympic Torch events planning group looking at events sites.
  
  The group other than DDC included KCC, BBC & LOCOG, the Olympic organisation team.

  Thanks for that info Paul. Quite a heavy duty collection of bodies there, scooped that picture without knowing who exactly I had stumbled upon. Thought initially one of them was that man about town Nigel Collor but upon examination through binoculars realised he wasnt there.
  
  Rumour has it that young Nigel was photographed with Dame Kelly Holmes herself recently ...I wonder....hmmmmm
