  I have had to pick up four planted troughs that were on my wall and a large tub with a small tree in it.
  
  I am surprised the policeman did not stop maybe they were on their way back to the station at the end of their shift. The branch must be a traffic hazard.
  
  Torrential rain at the moment I can see it bouncing off the car roof, the first proper rain for weeks.
