    The chap was sitting there as is in the top shot and a police car came by. I thought to myself...ah, we're in safe hands now. They saw the tree but they kept on going by. I was a bit amazed. They didnt bother to stop or enquire or move the tree. I guess its not in their remit anymore.

    Once upon a time the oul bobby would rush to your aid and fix all... Remember George Dixon ?... sigh!
