    I have just read the latest Bern, your mother seems to be improving a little thank goodness.

    Sadly her nursing care still seems to be way off what it should be, the chart filling or should I say lack of it is awful. It is really making me feel so cross and also helpless as there is nothing we on this site can do to improve matters for you.
